Oak Contracting has a solid reputation of working with Owners as a construction manager and general contractor. Since our founding in 1971 we have focused on the collaboration between tradesmen and Owner to deliver projects in a timely and cost effective way.

Our expertise in the education, healthcare, religious and commercial sectors has produced hundreds of high profile projects in the Maryland Washington DC corridor valued at more than 1 billion dollars.

But we believe that it’s much more than a building. It’s about students, nurses, worshippers, shoppers, executives, scientists, athletes and patients. The level of detail and our watchful eye is always focused on who will be walking the halls, taking a meeting or helping others. We know that when we deliver a building on time it helps people to keep their lives in order and be productive.
