(November 21, 2007) - Oak Contracting was selected by Associated Catholic Charities, Inc. to serve as their construction manager on the new Villa Maria School in Harford County. The new school will be constructed at the southeast corner of Philadelphia and Brass Mill Roads at the Riverside Business Park in Belcamp, MD.
Schematic Design is currently underway by Frederick Ward Associates, Inc. The design reflects a one-story flex-style building with approximately 20,200 square feet of classroom and administrative spaces. Site work includes exterior parking, playground, basketball court, and ball field.
Villa Maria School is an approved 12-month day and residential non-public, graded school that provides intensive educational and clinical services for children and youth with emotional, learning and multiple disabilities.
