Since delivering our first school in 1972, and over 100 since then, Oak Contracting has focused on the needs of student and teacher. Every school has unique needs - and we take that challenge seriously. Just as the kindergartner needs to begin the journey on solid footing, the graduate student has unique, demanding requirements, too. When Oak Contracting builds a medical facility, we understand the importance of high standards. For a building providing key research, medical care or education in the healthcare industry, exacting standards need to be followed to the letter. It takes a special builder to build a house of worship. Each congregation has expectations of how their facility will fulfill the needs of the worshippers. Today, integration of multi-media, education and community functions create a new kind of building than just ten years ago. Oak Contracting has the sensitivity to combine the “real-world” needs of the congregation with the look of respect and devotion. For us, it’s more than a building; it’s a place to worship. After all, we have to answer to a higher authority.

When asked to create a commercial facility, Oak Contracting takes the position that what was done before is not the default. We certainly understand that delivering the building on time and in budget is only part of the equation. Our mission is to use the time and funds allotted to deliver a building that sets your business or public facility apart from the rest. Commercial doesn’t have to mean bland or lacking curb appeal.
