Value: $20,666,918 | Marley Middle School was Oak's second project as Construction Manager for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, having completed North County High School in 1994. Oak's involvement in this 110,000 square foot, 1,200-student project began at the Schematic Design phase. The new school was constructed on the same site as the old Marley Middle School making safety of students and faculty the primary concern. This is Oak's second middle school project utilizing the "house concept"; the first was Thomas Johnson Middle School for Frederick County Public Schools.
