Value: $21,840,350 | The new Bells Mill Elementary School completely replaces the previous facility and was designed to compliment the site's rural area with a partial two-story steel framed structure with brick and metal exterior facades, which incorporate outdoor courtyards to provide natural day lighting into the interior spaces. Exterior colors are reminiscent of those found on traditional stables and barns. The new school includes an administrative suite, multi-purpose room, gymnasium, and art, music, and support spaces and will house 740 students.
