The building provides technology based classrooms and instructional labs, as well as faculty offices and support spaces. Originally designed to pursue Silver LEED Accreditation, the project incorporates environmentally sensitive design principles and products, which were integrated into the design process, from the initial planning and design through the construction effort. This marks Oak's second project for Bowie State University.
