Value: $1,950,000 | Oak provided construction management services for the renovation of the facility's existing clubhouse. The project consists of renovation of the existing clubhouse, a new Porte Cochere, new member entrance, improvements to the loading dock, new fire alarm system, upgrade to the existing sprinkler system, ADA accessibility upgrades, and new high end finishes upgrades. The clubhouse remained open throughout the renovation with limited disturbance to the members.
